Getting Around – We recommend renting a car so you can make the most of your stay and easily explore all the nearby attractions at your own pace.

Parking – You’ll have two parking spots in the driveway. Street parking isn’t allowed and may result in towing or additional fines.

Airport Distances – Mesa Gateway Airport is about a 25-minute drive; Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is around 45 minutes away.

Location – The home backs onto a boulevard/neighborhood street. This gives the home added privacy, due to no neighboring homes behind, but traffic noise is possible.

Security – For everyone’s safety, there are exterior security cameras: a doorbell camera at the front door and one above the garage walk door, facing the path to the side gate.

Quiet Hours – Out of respect for neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
